These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://navigo.is-cool.dev/ ("Platform", "Navigo", "we", "us", "our"), operated as a business entity named Navigo, registered under Udyam Registration, with its registered office at Sherganj-Sohawal Road, Behind Christukula School, South Pateri, Gayatri Nagar, Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Navigo is a link-shortening platform for content creators and affiliate marketers. Users can shorten links for sharing with their audience. Shortened links may either display a single advertisement with a countdown timer before redirecting the visitor to the destination URL (ad-supported, free links), or redirect visitors directly without any advertisement (available to subscribers on our paid plan).
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, date of birth, and payout details (a UPI ID for users in India, or a USDT (TRC-20) wallet address for users outside India) for payout purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users who share ad-supported links may earn a share of advertising revenue generated from visitor interactions with those links, calculated based on aggregate advertising revenue and traffic data. Payouts are made via UPI (for users based in India) or USDT on the TRC-20 network (for users based outside India) once a user's balance crosses the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the Platform, and only during the designated monthly withdrawal window. Navigo reserves the right to adjust earning rates, calculation methodology, and payout terms at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.
Navigo offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Unlimited) on monthly or yearly billing cycles, each providing a defined monthly allowance of ad-free and ad-supported shortened links, along with additional features that vary by plan. Current plan details, limits, and pricing are available on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. All content, design, layout, and branding on the Platform are proprietary to Navigo. You may not claim any ownership, title, or intellectual property rights in the Platform's content.
The Platform displays advertisements from third-party advertising networks and facilitates redirects to third-party destination URLs submitted by users. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of destination URLs or advertisements shown. Your interaction with any third-party content is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, or any specific level of earnings for users sharing ad-supported links.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navigo, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
